Xigen created a brand new eCommerce website that’s fast and uncluttered, to drive user engagement. Using high performance hosting, a mobile first design approach, & fast page load speeds, and streamlined buying journeys, the new website provides JJ Roofing with the scalability and agility.
Jackson’s Art Supplies chose Xigen to fully redesign the mobile layouts off their site to improve their user experience across all devices, reduce bounce rates and open up new revenue streams in the UK and across other countries. Focus was given to primary customer journeys such as categories, products, basket & checkout. The development process included creating an easy brand menu, improved speed and traffic useability, and a much improved user experience to accomodate their range of 60,000+ products to 246 countries worldwide.
Epson wanted to move to a new modern CMS platform to handle the content and improve the customer engagement experience, for the UK website and across 40 locales. Xigen took part in several training sessions in collaboration with Epson producing fully designed page layouts to achieve sign off for the English pages, before transcreation. 1000’s of pages were created ensuring all were fit for SEO along with 18 components for the new CMS platform – Amplience.
The team consisted of developers, 4 digital marketing assistants, 4 designers, 3 QA testers and the PM team working on the project using sprint schedules & daily Kanban board updates, with the management team supporting throughout.
